It Came From the Forums Update: Migsula's Inquismunda Madness Begins!

TJ here to show off an It Came From the Forums Update on an artist who has already claimed a spot in the past in the series. This time, we will delve into the combined world of Inq28 (or 28mm Inquisitor) and Necromunda, called Inquismunda! While it is a special niche within our hobby, the conversions Migsula has created (and continues to produce) are second to none! Let's take a look at the beginning of his =I= Trilogy and then jump off into his blog and his P&M threads!
Migsula explains in his Dakka thread that the Shaddes offe Greye are the Ugly of a Good, Bad and Ugly exploration of the grey areas that surround the world of the Inquisition and also a nod to artist, Mr. Blanche.

Each member of the Shaddes is an individual with a back story and an incredible model to represent them on the table. I strongly recommend check ing out the P&M thread in the link at the bottom of this post for more.

Everything from mutants to Bounty Hunters appear in just the first entry to this trilogy and each model leaves you looking for more!

The brilliant use of bits tempts me to make my Ork army into mutants ... damn you Migsula! ;)

As I delved through the project log, I tried not to let each model surprise me, but I couldn't help it. The beauty of perfect conversions and painting along with a unique and artistic approach to our gaming world simply blows my mind.

The contrasts of freaks ...

... and pious ...

... and the pitiful is outstanding!

I have to admit, it made me develop a fascination with INQ28 and =I=munda and I may have to get some more people interested and play a game or two!

But it doesn't stop there, already another gang is under development ...

Just check out these amazing models so far! Each in my mind is a masterpiece ...

... but I want you to check out his P&M thread for more. And if that doesn't quite sate your appetite, then check out his blog, Legion of Plastic.

Legion of Plastic is a great place to get inside the head of an amazing artist and one blog that I have added to the rolls simply so I can see what is going on there and get my regular dose of insane inspiration!

Don't take my word for it though, check out Migsula's work and let him know what you think!

  2. That stuff is AMAZING. I can pick out some of the bits used as to what they used to be before they built these completely unique figures. I love that each is an individual and none a rank and file "red shirt" type model. Awesome.
