Maybe I am just the slow kid on the block, but after flipping through the 40k rulebook a million times and never noticing it, Capt. Obvious pointed out to me that the new design for Raiders has been in our faces all along ... just look in the section that explains each race, there are two whole pages devoted to DE and on the right hand page is the image above. Those don't look like the Raiders we use right now! Anyway, if this is news to anyone, kudos to Capt. Obvious for pointing out something that was not only obvious, but something many of us were oblivious to and if it is old news to you, just keep clicking on.
