Nurgle Daemon Prince+Balrog Wings+Powertools=FUN!!

Consider this the first of many posts as I make my magnetized Nurgle Daemon Prince! First and foremost, I would just like to say that this was my first time using a powerdrill on a model and I must admit ... IT WAS AWESOME!!!!
.
I built the main body of this bad boy yesterday and chopped the wings down a little from the balrog wings I ordered. Tonight, I knew I wanted to magnetize this model due to the hazards of transporting a massive winged demon, but the little pin vise was't doing the job. Then I busted out the power drill and the drill heads. It cut through metal with the greatest of ease and treated the plastic wings like butter.
.
Once I had my holes, I wadded up some grey stuff (grey green stuff) and stuffed it in the holes with my rare earth magnets so that the entire space of the hole was filled and the magnets secure I did this on each wing and on each side of the models back where I wanted to mount the wings. (If you do this make sure the magnets are facing the right way before you stick them in.
.
I then covered each magnet in the lightest layer of grey stuff I could to better protect it from being ripped out by its sister magnet.
.
With that done, I needed the grey stuff to cure, so I started looking at the wings and how perfect they seemed to be ... I thought 'this will not do' so I used various drill heads and drilled holes in the wings to simulate the decay that accompanies all things Nurgle.
.
Tomorrow I will start to add extra details around the wing mounts and on the wings to 'flesh' out this sevant of Papa Nurgle. As always feel free to comment!
