I have been visiting Santa Cruz Warhammer's Blog for some time and I have to say that it never ceases to amaze me, regardless what army they are modelling. In one trip, you can learn about modelling your guard to look like Steel Legionnares with alternate bitz or scratchbuild a drop pod or even kit bash a Land Raider Ares!

Today I opened it up and just could not beleive it, they cast a Death Guard conversion and it looks great AND they got it on the first try!

I have to agree with you, they have a great blog that is a daily stop for me.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the kind words, Mike and I both love the hobby and love all the blogs out there, we started the blog as a local connection for folks in our area, but it has gone in a different direction and now we are happy to have readers all over the world and we are thrilled that you like our average guy approach to warhammer modeling.
ReplyDeleteI will say that doing this blog has made me a far better modeler/painter and really pushed me to step up my game. I have also noticed that Mike has really improved his painting.
