TJ back again with my second Khorne Berzerker for my Hollywood squad. Let's take a look:
This is another model I made back in 2009 as part of the 8 days of Khornemas. This guy was built around the concept of having a huge sword ... And then I figured we'd just see where it went from there.
Again, I apologize for the photos as they were taken in my hotel room while traveling. As far as freehand work goes, I made a lightning sort of pattern on a single leg and a Khorne symbol of the back of the helmet and the pack.
The process of painting this style of red is coming together and this model came together much quicker than the first.
I am calling him the executioner not because he executes legion members, but rather, he is one of many who made an offense against the legion at some point and as punishment had the duty of executing the unworthy noncombatants of worlds the legion brought to heel. This mirrors something I saw in Mongol history that I thought was very interesting.
Overall, I think this is coming together and I am filled with confidence heading into the third model. As always, let me know what you think.
These are just so well done! Fantastic work!
