It is a plastic that softens in boiling water, cools quickly and can than be used to cast things using greenstuff. (I've seen people use a low heat resin as well but never tried it). I like it much better than the greenstuff molds I've made in the past. In addition to being ready in a few minutes, it has the advantage of being reusable.
